Games

Games/Gaming has been a hobby of mine since I was very young. When I was in elementary school I got the famicon (japanese nintendo) from some guys that worked for my parents as a gift from japan. My parents went to great lengths to find me a converter and an adapter that worked here in the U.S but it finally did and since they had bought me very many games I was off playing all the games they got me. Most of which were RPG games. I had a ton of fun with that. I had my nintendo also which I had quite a few games for, but also traded games with friends over the weekend to play. So I've played more games on all my systems than I actually own lol. Next I got a super nintendo and sega genesis from my friend who had grown tired of the systems and sold me the consoles and games for $50-$80 (I can't really remember, but I know it was something lower than $100). I got home and looked at all the games he had and the one till this day that I play on my sega is the phantasy star series. My god, what a great series. From there I didn't get an N64 because my boyfriend had one and we shared consoles basically cause we were over at each others houses a lot. My parents got me the Playstation and told me to share with my boyfriend at the time lol. He played FFVII on that thing till the power in the house went out for some reason. I don't know if it was him playing for hours or if it was a coincidence , but something blew up haha.

I then got into computer gaming. Warcraft II was the first game I got very addicted to. At first I only played LAN games against my friends/boyfriends, but then I got on battlenet and started playing there. Of course theres the good old computer games like the 7th hour , Sam & Max, Full Throttle, Myst, Riven, etc. I spent quite some time playing those as well. Then I got hooked on playing the first diablo after the second one had already been out. I'm kind of delayed when it comes to computer games I guess lol. I beat the first diablo game after playing it for so many hours and days and then i moved onto diablo 2 which I still haven't passed due to the computer I was playing that on was reformatted and lost my saved games. Aww..I played many other games along with MUDs which I was hugely addicted to as well.

Now the consoles I own on top of all the ones I already mentioned are playstation 2 and the japanese modded orange gamecube :) I love my gamecube to death! lol. I also started a gaming website called GameJoints.com not too long ago. Its still being worked on, but its something I think has potential. I enjoy games and I think I can do a pretty good job with the site. Takes times, but what doesn't? Anyway thats about all for now everyone!
